Cancellation Policy for Memberships At Wholly Restored and Refreshed we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality wellness services. To ensure the best experience for all of our members, we have established the following cancellation policy: Monthly Membership Cancellation: - There is a two month minimum - You may cancel your membership at any time with **at least 7 days’ notice** before your next billing cycle. - Cancellations received less than 7 days before the renewal date will apply to the following month. - To cancel, please submit a cancellation request through the website. No-Show & Appointment Cancellation: - We kindly ask for **at least 24 hours’ notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $15 late cancellation fee. - No-shows (missing a scheduled session without notice) will also be charged a **$15 fee**. Refund Policy: - Membership fees are **non-refundable**, including for unused sessions. - If you experience a medical issue or emergency, please contact us—we’re happy to discuss exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Pausing Membership: - You may pause your membership once per calendar year for up to **30 days**, with a written request submitted at least 7 days in advance. - During the pause period, billing will be temporarily suspended and resume automatically once the pause ends.
